Do not use, go with another company. They have shady billing practices, where their autopay system doesn’t actually charge you the full bill amount, and then charge you late fees. And they will let you sit on hold for hours as you try and cleanup their mess. Eventually they waived the fees, but they still have no explanation for why their autopay failed.

Below Average Customer Service – The customer service reps are not always knowledgeable about the services you are recieving. They certainly don't go out of their way to help you pay your bill. They don't tell you ALL your options. The wait time just to speak with a rep is horrible. I called the customer service line on 9/25/08 and was on hold for an hour and still no one picked up. Service Not Informative – I signed up for a Gexa account in October 2007. The fine print indicated that it was a 12 month contract with an early termination fee. When I called in February 2008 to cancel my service, they service rep did not indicate that I was subject to such a fee, and because I had signed up for service 5 months before, I did not re-call the early termination charge.
