As a patient of this office, I felt compelled to respond to the last post because my experience has been completely different. Debbie and Jackie have always been upfront, professional and do their best to translate what information they receive from my insurance company. Dr. And Steve have also been great and there is always something to talk about which makes it feel great to come in. This place is great. I truly had a wonderful experience in the office. BUT I have to give 2 stars for the billing. For the first time in my life I just got hit with a $73 bill for a cleaning and some x-rays. I have never had to pay another bill after leaving the dentist nor have I had to pay one that was so high. I understand my insurance is also likely to blame, but I used the same insurance at a dentist last year and did not have to pay a fee of this magnitude... I had not been to a dentist because of my fear I had, let’s not kid ourselves, it is uncomfortable having your teeth drilled on. After an extensive search online, I came across Dr Marcarian. His office is amazing, they made feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Marcarian has great chair side manners and the staff is friendly, fun and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.
