RecommendedHad to take my 2 older boys for ailment checks and come to find out they’re just dramatic. Thankfully Getwell Urgent Care has seen us many times before and are always incredibly patient and attentive. They reassured my boys that they are ok and didn’t even laugh at them like I did. We seriously appreciate the staff of this office so much. Highly recommend and I’m certain we will be back. 😉
My son is running h a high fever. Got here at 6:15 and was told they weren’t taking patients!!!! Sorry but that’s crap. It’s not like we walked in 10 minutes to 7. Never again. All they care is about your money. Not your health!!!!
Best experience we’ve had at any urgent care with respect of patient time.
I called yesterday and the clinic told me to come get a rapid COVID testing for today. I asked for an appointment and they told me to come at 7 am and wait in a line. Not to mention all the patients were waiting outside in the cold. They did not open until 8. I got here at 7 waited and they told I couldn’t get the rapid testing done because I had yet to show any symptoms. I don’t understand the lack of communication. We have been to Getwell Urgent Care several times. They are always awesome! Great service all the way from the front desk to when we leave. Audra Jones, NP and the nurse that took care of my little man last night were wonderful!
Terrible customer service. Rude front desk. Don’t ask for a mask or they’ll roll their eyes. I will never go back.
Since the pandemic, this place has been awful!!! They’ll see you outside in the back parking lot AT YOUR CAR!!! WTF??? Meanwhile you can go to any other clinic and they’ll see you inside. Linda the nurse practitioner has been awesome in the past but some of the other nurses there act paranoid when it comes to addressing anything other than a cold, or minor aches and pains. I’d rather go and see Dr. Doo-little than to go back to this place!!!!
This was the most amazing experience. They were all kind and compassionate. I haven’t felt well for days and they made a very scary diagnosis easier to process. I would recommend to anyone!!!
