I am loving Irene's program. Tried them all.. started Jan 8th and am down 12.5 lbs, completely doable program - great meals and she is very conscious about not overwhelming her customers! Definitely recommend!
I started Irene's 10 week challenge in April and since have lost 27.8/lbs. Irene is a great motivator and keeps me challenged. I've signed up for her meal plans just to get me through summer and can't wait to start the next challenge in September. I don't know where I'd be without Irene. Wait, yes I do, fat and unhappy.
