Best choice I have ever made. Started in January and am down 18lbs. I don't feel deprived of food and it's so easy to follow. 2 kids under 2 can give you lots of excuses to not eat right or not to workout but with Irene she can help keep you motivated and makes it easy for those busy schedules to fit in the workouts. Irene is amazing! I won a spot on her 100 day transformation & under her program lost 25 lbs. Here it is almost a year later and it's still off. Very manageable and definitely sustainable.
Irene's plan and support are really key to rethinking a much healthier lifestyle that sticks. Her enthusiasm and love for what she does shows up everyday. On top of all that she has such a thoughtful and caring attitude that it makes the journey fun.
I was skeptical on whether we would have success with my daughter who has developmental delays but she has lost weight and is never hungry on this plan.
