Bill is extremely thorough, understanding and kind. He takes his time & actually listens and is very knowledgeable. The lady in front that greeted us ( I think her name is Bonnie ) was beyond amazing as well! She had the most pleasant personality I have seen in a very long time, maybe forever :) It is definitely an entirely different experience coming here ~ in a good way ❤🙏🙌
