RecommendedToday I witnessed superb consumer care. Some lady started a whole scene over a little stain on the car that was obviously there before, and they went above and beyond to try to help her. it was ridiculous, but they were so patient. It sure made my wait much more entertaining.

RecommendedEverything! DeLuca has been my only car service for over 12 years and I would never think of going anywhere else! They are meticulous with care of my car ( now on my second Toyota Highlander), provide comfort and entertainment while waiting, I.e., a Deli, manicure, haircuts, trivia shop, and of course TV. This is not our first time going to DeLuca Toyota and is always something bad in my vehicle. For example, In April we bought new tires for a highlander 2014. I took my vehicle today and the lady said your vehicle did not passed alignment and it’s $99 Dollars extra because you did not buy the alignment package. Really ? No one told me about the alignment package when I got the tires and I do not know about mechanic. Every time I go there is no less than 80 dollars because the car needs something new and my husband are so frus... read more
RecommendedDefinitely left a happy customer with my Toyota Camry XSE! Was pretty stuck on knowing what I wanted which was almost impossible, but Mike helped me out with finding the perfect one. Overall was a good and happy experience, will for sure return when i need an upgrade 🤗
