My husband and I bought a RAV4 from this dealership. We were lied to about it having Sirius radio. We spoke to a sales manager and he promised to have someone come out and install it. Great! Well, they failed to mention that the Sirius would be plugged into our USB port, from the inside, so we wouldn’t be able to use it for anything else. So, we cannot use our GPS, among other things. RecommendedChris Wolfendale was my service advisor last week for my car’s service appointment and to get a part repaired. He was awesome. They had to keep my car overnight but he provided a rental so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle. Super friendly. Good coffee in the lobby too!
