I had made a deal with them today . They 1st tried to add a accessories package for $1899 and didn't ask me . I had to tell them multipule times I didn't want that. we then made the final deal with trade in. I told them I would call my bank and they said and they said we can get you a cheaper rate here. The two stars is for the finance section. The worker bees Tommy and Jimbo were wonderful. I told them I wanted to transfer my plates and they did that and gave me a temporary registration. A few days later in the mail, I get a new license plate, a new registration with Knox County on it, I am in Hawkins County. I bought a 2021 Kia Soul S . Was very pleased with the car clean nice like new interior, low mileage. Went with the finance manager to do paperwork he only put our financing thru GM Financial, and it had a apr of 9.26. we signed papers. went home and inquired to our credit union America First CU and was given a 6.9. auto loan. Beware! Please avoid this dealership at all times. They are dishonest and will take advantage of your hard earned money. I was overcharged for aftermarket add ons and a warranty special without my consent. I simply refused all additional add ons to finance manager Herbert Franklin. He then proceeded to add them regardless and had me sign through an electronic key pad without reviewing the docs correctly. I bought a 2019 Nissan Armada Platinum with 15,000 miles one year ago for $55,000 from Dave Wright. Since then we have had nothing but problems (4 major problems) and horrible customer service to say the least. My 2013 Nissan Altima was diagnosed with a broken door inside the air conditioner/heating unit mounted inside the dash. I ordered and paid for the part ($930.66) April 13, 2023.
