Honestly, I wouldn't even give them 1 star if wasn't required to post. My vehicle was sitting at Wallace Nissan for 3 weeks with nothing, but a diagnostic test completed, the warranty company contacted, and the same repetitive words of "we worked you in," which no work had been done. They would not reimburse me for the rental car, the GM did not return my calls, nor would they provide a loaner knowing that the service to my vehicle would be extensive. Just got a new pathfinder from Royal Nissan. Such great service. My salesperson, Gerald, was amazing. Seamless transaction, wonderful experience. Definitely recommend.

I just burned $15K buying a used BMW from Mathews that went straight to salvage. Mathews may have been legally covered, but are morally bankrupt in my view. There are better places to do business. If you want higher blood pressure and more stress, do business with Mathews. Otherwise run away as fast as you can. They made an enemy for life. How do you sell a certified used car like that. Granted I was taken in by idea of a low mileage BMW at a reasonable price. Too good to be true, But the dealership is horrible.

WARNING! CAUTION! Seller Beware: I recently sold my car to Deery Bothers of Dubuque and am sharing my experience as I believe I am not the only person that Deery has done this to. I posted my car on Facebook Marketplace and an individual, Owen Goos, reached out stating that he was a buyer and wanted to make a fair offer on my car. I had a terrible experience yesterday! I was interested in a 2014 Focus that was listed for $8,468 with about 40k miles. I called to ask questions and arrange to see it. I asked about the transmission and other recalls/known trouble areas. I was told over the phone it has been inspected and there are no red flags. The next day, I get to the dealership with my father and the new price is over $10k. We were confused as to why they would hike up the price so much after my appointment was made.
