Purchased a truck from Buckeye Nissan 5/31/24. I was not able to test drive on the highway due to massive backup from an accident on the highway. Test drove through city streets, and everything seemed to check out fine, the salesman was great and I was excited to purchase my truck. I made an appointment on June 11th for a recall issue with my Nissan Frontier.  An hour and a half later I was told the process to take care of the recall completely knocked out my radio, which of course means my blue tooth and back-up camera.  It’s now been one month and I have yet to receive any communication from Rohrman Nissan of Kenosha regarding the issue.  Just for my own information I checked on EBay for a radio and could have one delivered to my home in two days.  What’s the issue with an actual dealership service d... read more

Purchased a used truck 3 weeks ago from Nissan of Streetsboro. The A/C quit working the other day. I called to see if they would do anything for me. I was basically told to pound salt. I guess when you only spend 40,000 dollars that’s what you get.  I also looked at the mounds of paperwork and discovered I was charged $550.00 to transfer my plates. NISSAN OF STREETSBORO…. YOU SUCK!

Do not trust what they say about your vehicle in the service department or trading in a vehicle. I’ve had several bad experiences there, and we have been a long time customer, so that doesn’t matter.

Brett on sales team was super to work with. Husband and I really liked him.  However once the finance guy got involved the entire transaction went South.  He was obnoxious and talked like he was superior and we were complete idiots. It’s a shame that he had to use old and scheming type tactics like he was doing us a favor. He killed the deal.   Again. Brett was outstanding to work with on a new car- but will not deal with Mr (Smooth talker)

No problem with sales department, but service department could careless if you bring in your vehicle for basic services. Made an appointment for oil change and basic check up. Show up for appointment on time but they act like we did not exist. It seemed that they where not happy we showed up. Was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait for a oil change with appointment..I pass and went down the road and had work done in 15 minutes.. Sorry Nissan service you lost my business.

Run!!!! This was the. WORST buying experience ever. They tried to oversell me and screwed themselves. Paperwork put in incorrectly and ultimately car was returned and I got my trade back. I was told that I would receive my down payment back and when I returned the car back the finance representative ensured me. That I would receive my down payment back and he was no where to be found when I returned it. I am still waiting on my down payment. Eric Glover is the representative. Choose another dealer!

I had the best experience purchasing my brand-new car from Wallace Nissan of Kingsport TN! The salesman DANE MACK did the dog gone thing! He is by far the BEST salesman that I have ever seen! He wasn't pushy and arrogant. He took the time to listen, ask questions, and focus on my needs! I would not have the car of dreams w/out Mr. Mack! What are you waiting for- contact Dane today for your new ride!

By the phone APPT, the 1st time I went in with my working clothes after volunteering at a local church gardening event on a beautiful Sunday, I thought to check out the Nissan Rogue in person as that is what I’m interested in.
