Brad Sebast, Assistant Service Manager and Fred D, Service Technician are shining examples of kindness and compassion for our Service Members. My husband is a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran who had an issue with the steering column on our Hyundai Sonata. The job to fix was estimated to be $350. Fred did the job at a very discounted labor rate (we are so grateful to you)! I am proud that such an organization as this exists in our very own community! Thank you! Thank you!
Their service department is horrible!! As an Equus owner, you are supposed to receive above average service and apparently they don't adhere to that. Then they tell you one thing about your service and it turns out to be something different. Thanks to them, we are getting rid of our car and WILL NEVER own another Hyundai!!!
First things first - I HATE car shopping. I try to wait to go to a dealership until I can't put it off any longer. I went to Hyundai of Lakewood Tuesday night and I had the best experience iv'e ever had at a dealership. I worked with Marek and Brad, they were wonderful! Nice, funny, knowledgeable and helped me find the right fit for me both car wise and financially. I am very happy with my choice and with shopping with them! Thank you to your entire team - all were nice, friendly and kind!
