Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.
I just brought a Truck from Gettacar and my experience was Great! Cat helped me every step of the way. She answered all my questions and made the purchase very easy. She did an excellent job! It was so convient having the vechicle delivered to my house. Kevin was my delivery driver he was also good. I had the best experience purchasing and will definetly recommend them to others.
I recently bought a VW Tiguan from Gettacar. My salesman, Tom Digiacomo was Excellent. He patiently answered all of my questions without any sales pressure. Financing went smoothly without any "hidden surprises". The Tiguan arrived as scheduled. Shortly after it was delivered there were a few minor issues which Gettacar amicably took care of without any pushback. I"m a tough sell and not easily pleased, but my Gettacar experience was great. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GETTACAR! My husband and I found the truck of our dreams at a great price. Too good to be true? Yes! They screwed us over royally. My husband applied with me as his cosigner. Our credit was run multiple times and we were approved the next day. "Jimmy" contacted us and asked for a few more details so that everything could be finalized and we complied. Buyers BEWARE. I bought a $55k car from them with left side re-painted. I would expect from them to use a quality painter not a 10 year old kid who left orange peel and over-spray and masking tape marks all over the side of the vehicle. I was supposed to get a 2nd set of keys mailed to me as I was told they have it. Never happened. My tags were supposed to be transfered and I got new tags in mail?!?
