Very thorough service, and our service technician could not be nicer! I ask for her every visit; preventative maintenance gives peace of mind to have no problems, but if we do, Getem responds efficiently.

Getem has proven to be the BEST! Proficient and timely service. They never fail to call to set up my quarterly treatments(office staff very friendly and courteous). Kevin the inspector is polite, friendly and informative. He will show you causes/preventives and explain the treatments.
The inspection was done on time and in a very efficient and professional manner. Also the inspector as well as Getem office staff were always pleasant and professional. Great job!! David McDearmon
Regarding an insect problem in a rental, Getem was very prompt in responding, as well as with being on time for the appointment. Dee's customer service was not short of excellent. She did a thorough inspection and was able to calm the fears of my tenant with her expert advice and choice of options. If all the techs are like her, I would 100% recommend Getem for pest control!
Our Service Technician, Melvin, has kept us pest free since we started with Getem several years ago. His work is professional and efficient, and he is a really nice person. We are very pleased with the services we receive from Getem and Melvin!
