I don’t like to be rude but this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Waited 2 hours to first go to the junior doctor. He left mid conversation without any communication. When I asked the front desk about the holdup, they pretended like I was in the wrong to think why the doctor left for lunch break before the end of the day. All 3 of my children and my friend’s children are seen by Dr. Arumugam. His service has been great for the past almost 18 years. When asking for a pediatrician recommendation when looking for one for my oldest (17 now) every single nurse at the hospital recommended Dr. A. Im grateful to him and his staff for their wonderful service. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the children.
Great service
This ridiculous practice is making me climb mountains for an ASTHMA PUMP for a CHILD. It’s a bunch of ‘the doctor will send it’ or ‘the doctor already left for the day’. When I show up tomorrow irate, no one should ask surprised.
