I have a couple herniated disks in my neck and was experiencing nerve pain in my shoulder blade area and down my right arm. Jake worked on it and instantly made it feel better! I was a little worried how I would feel after hard sparring the next day but to my surprise I still felt really good and still do a week later even after a few hard training days! I’ve tried everything under the sun for the past 7 years and Jake’s Rolfing is by far the best treatment I’ve had for my neck injury!

I've only done 2 treatments so far but I'm already a true believer! Jake does the bodywork of my dreams, I was already getting noticeable increase in mobility after my first treatment and by the second one he was able to target the source of my chronic neck and back pain that I've had for over 10 years! I plan to do the 10 Series but wanted to do a review after the first session. Jake managed to ease pain I've been having in my upper traps and back from working out and from sitting at my computer for work. I normally have a little discomfort when turning my head, but that has dissipated since my session. I wasn't expecting results after just one session and can't wait to see how I feel after the full 10 sessions.
