I was in a lot of low back pain and had a very effective Rolfing series in the past with another practitioner and have been a confident believer in it ever since. The pain comes back every now and then and I am so relieved to have found a great Rolfing practitioner here. Jake is so good that I have been pain free with only a few visits. He is very knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable in his care. Highly recommended…10 stars!!!

I have a couple herniated disks in my neck and was experiencing nerve pain in my shoulder blade area and down my right arm. Jake worked on it and instantly made it feel better! I was a little worried how I would feel after hard sparring the next day but to my surprise I still felt really good and still do a week later even after a few hard training days! I’ve tried everything under the sun for the past 7 years and Jake’s Rolfing is by far the best treatment I’ve had for my neck injury!

I've only done 2 treatments so far but I'm already a true believer! Jake does the bodywork of my dreams, I was already getting noticeable increase in mobility after my first treatment and by the second one he was able to target the source of my chronic neck and back pain that I've had for over 10 years!
