We were moving from one 1-bedroom apartment to another in the same city and wanted to make it as smooth as possible. They confirmed in writing that we would have a large moving truck, 2 movers, and all moving materials included (furniture blankets, plastic wrap, packing tape, dollies, and tools for disassembly/reassembly).
