I love this place the instructors are great. They show the love of Christ. They encouraging and push you to do your best. I also love that you don't have any contracts.

How amazing is this place??!! From Gruber Street to London Road these ladies have brought it time and time again. They welcome everyone who walks in the door with open arms. I once was lost and took a chance on this place and now I teach here every week. You CANNOT find a better place to enjoy fitness, community and friends than right here!!!
