Pound class was amazing. Great workout! The instructor was very motivating and helpful with the moves. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Will definitely go back.

All of the instructors here are more than just class leaders. They invest in you and encourage you. You are family here. You are worthy here. They radiate Gods love beautifully! Not to mention the lights are low and there are no mirrors. No need to feel self conscious. The least "judgy" atmosphere that I've ever experienced- working out or not. There is not one bit of negative that I can think to apply to Get Fit and their tribe. Love them!

Zumba, Pound, Small Group Training, Spin, Bootcamps.. the list goes on! The fitness and nutrition knowledge of the staff here is NEVER ENDING!!!
