I had a roof done by HCI Get A Pro in Oct 2017. They sell a wonderful metal shingle roof. But what you order may not be what you receive. My order was to have their preferred underlayment that during the sales pitch could not be torn. What was installed was much cheaper and could be torn fairly easily. Their excuse is the supplier switched the underlayment with what they had in their warehouse. I guess I'm lucky to get the right color shingle then and not just anything in the warehouse. Not too satisfied with this company. Very nice salesman took hours of his time answering all of our questions. The company has poor communication. They started our roof a week late after I had contacted them to see what was going on. I got in impression they forgot the start date they told us. I provided an ashtray for the workers which somehow ended up broken in the dumpster so there was about 5 of them smoking on the roof and had thrown their butts off the roof into our yard which we had to go around and pick up. If you wish to spend over $11,000 for 15 windows choose this company. I feel shafted and I don't have the window coverage I need. This company has great sales men who could probably sell ice to an eskimo. The worst decision I've ever made as a homeowner.
I will never do business with this company. I called to request a bid on roofing just wanted a simple bid. Was called the day they was supposed to come out to verify my appointment then asked if my wife was going to be there also. I said no she is working that was apparently the wrong answer. I was then told that they needed both decision makers home I asked why this is only a bid I am not signing anything today. Had 5 windows completed likes safety locks, easier to open windows, and the way they look.
We were skeptical about remodeling our bathroom because of all the different choices but then we met Luke with HCI Get-A-Pro. He showed us how great and easy our remodel can be. We were absolutely astounded with the results of our new tub/shower! It also motivated us to redo our bathroom flooring and painting. Overall the products, salesman, warranty and the installer were fantastic! I would definitely recommend to get a pro!
My name is Donna and I had get a pro install a walk in shower. They said if I would let them put a sign in my yard they would give me a discount. Well $8000 is not a discount. I financed it with them. After one payment I found out how much the interest was I paid it off. I never saw a sign in my yard or did I ever hear from again to see if everything was OK. Not happy with them.

From the salesman to installer it was all great! I got exactly what I wanted all in one day! The installer was very professional, did a great job installing my new shower and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend HCI GET A PRO!
I invested in a ****** Walk in safety tub through HCI Get a Pro and the results were great! HCI was very efficient, very professional and got the all work done in one day! Everyone in the company took care of all of my questions and concerns. The installers protected my floors and house while they were doing work and picked everything up after they were done. I'm glad I invested in it, I would highly recommend all of it!
