Run. Do not hire this company. I have pages of notes from the nightmare that we went through and are still going through after having a shower tub combo installed. We were also told the tub would be Kohler and it was not. They have fixed many items but have not fixed all and they are no longer returning our calls.
The sales person was very clear and polite when discuss with us the various window and door options. They called a week before the scheduled installation date giving me the option to accept the date or change the date. During installation they overlooked the trim work for around the door and two large windows, when I called and notified them about it they quickly corrected the oversight on their part. Overall my wife and I are very happy with the windows quality and the installation of the windows.
Replacing a shingle roof with a steel one is a significant investment. I'm impressed with the quality of the product and confident this is a decision I won't regret. Also looking forward to a discount from my insurance company. Our crew was outstanding. Completed the job in 1-1/2 days. Cleanup was thorough. Brent and Seth (sales staff) were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Financing package turned a good into a great dealð???

I would never recommend this company to anyone I know. Even if I don't know you I would not recommend them. The quality of the product is good but from the beginning it seemed like a disaster and it still hasn't all been fixed because as I make phone calls (no replies back for weeks), the people my husband and I dealt with no longer work there and they have no notes or comments pertaining to our situation. Get a pro promised a lot of things and did not come through with their promise. Problems with installer and reimbursement. I took vacation since I work third shift for the installer to show up. He never came at 11:30 am I got call saying the installer wouldn't be out today due to the weather being to cold. Um okay the installer showed up two days later with the same cold weather and installed the windows from the inside of the house lol. We have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and HCI Get A Pro stands out as the best general construction contractor we've hired. I normally don't write Yelp reviews but the work they did deserves recognition. It was a complicated project replacing 15 windows in an historic home so it involved a lot of advance planning and quality materials to fit with the house. Through the entire process of the roof replacement of my home, everyone at HCI Get-A-Pro was professional. Everything was explained well and my questions answered well. It was a great relief to get the roof replaced in such a timely matter. The roof looks great and I have received many compliments on it.
Brent and HCI did very well. They lived up to expectations. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a roof.
Update to our previous negative roof review. We did have our meeting that was suggested, shortly after it was suggested, and it all seemed to go very well. I was thinking of a financial compensation but my wife suggested that instead we get two new windows to replace two that were very old single panes that leaked and had aluminum storms.
