DO NOT even consider having your child or children treated at this circus pediatrics ! I had never had a medical office tell me yes, come in before 4 then you show up before 4 o’clock and they say “Dr. Gesina is no longer taking patients today” Seriously ??? I had asked for time off from work to be able to take my son. Thank you for nothing what a waste of time !
I was extremely upset at the customer service today,the doctor was not in the office at all and the receptionist kept telling me the doctor was on the way which was a huge lie and she and the doctor never showed up so I left...horrible..service and very unprofessional to keep patients waiting like that..thumbs down for this ridiculous office.if u are a doctor and u know u have patients waiting...have the courtesy to be in the office instead of taking a 3 hour lunch...ridiculous
