I scheduled my routine colonoscopy with Dr. Mansour. She had been my doctor for several years. Unfortunately during the procedure, Dr. Mansour did something and I didn’t feel well in recovery. I could feel that something was wrong. But they sent me home. In my car, I developed strong pain and asked to come back in for evaluation. I was told no, it was just gas, and to go home. After going home, within the hour, my pain intensified and I developed a 102.5 fever. I called in and was told to go to the ER immediately. I was admi... read more

Friendly staff and great Doctor. I was worried and had anxiety about my procedure and after I was released I felt as if I experienced nothing but good care and excellent health treatment. Great staff very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Dr Mansour is competent, caring and very skilled. She takes the time to listen and was very kind. I would trust her with anything related to gastroenterology.

Dr. Lilah Mansour is an outstanding gastroenterologist. She was exceptionally well-prepared for my visits, explained my colonoscopy and endoscopy results clearly, answered every question directly, and offered thoughtful, caring tips. She is both highly knowledgeable and compassionate, which explains why she is in such high demand. I’m very grateful for her excellent care!

Dr. Mansour is excellent, kind, skilled and communicates clearly. Her staff is very professional and courteous. The only set back I had was the surgery center administration staff were unresponsive to requests for billing information. Thanks Doctor!

Dr Butler was very late coming into the room - 25 minutes, even though I was told he only had one patient before me. He did not introduce himself to me or anything. He looked at my sunburn and told me it was not that bad even though I can not sit without severe pain. He then began to talk down to me about he had looked at a physician database that I wouldn not have access to because I am not a physician. Then he basically told me his database gave instructions for sunburns that you can get simply by googling. He read them of... read more

Dr Mansour and office is a in shambles. she's appeared to be great, heaven sent, at first and than, did a flip, harm to patient, kicked me out of the practice. I wonder if it was me questioning the nonstop poke & prod; she loves to do scopes, remove gallbladders, and do invasive tests. you see her PA the rest of the time, they change often. Her office (n. austin) is unclean, Ripped dirty furniture and my sister got norovirus from the office. they even admitted that they had a case there. the office staff does not communicate... read more
