Unbelievably friendly - not like any other jeweler I have ever known. Fixed everything he could so fast I thought I might be on another planet - lol. The items he could not fix (antique stuff requiring specific skill sets and special materials), he gave me a recommendation. I was charged a whopping $5.00! I have never felt comfortable walking into a jewelry store that being said I needed a chain fixed and Gerzen's honesty in the chain was what will bring me back. This is the only jewelry store visit. John is HONEST and does not over charge. He is always friendly and has time for you and he's good at what he does. I will never go anywhere else. He's absolutely the BEST!
