After accidentally kinking and cracking my propane gas line with a bird feeder, I contacted my propane dealer which lead me to this company as a sub contractor. It was a Friday 3/18/2022 and I was told it would be a $299.00 dispatch fee if they were to come the next day (Saturday) or (Sunday) since it was their weekend fee. It would be $89.00 if I was to wait until Monday 3/21 which I agreed to and had a time of between 3:00-5:00pm. Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This business is a joke, about years ago i had my natural gas furnace replace by gervais, did not pass the first inspection, and after that I have call the office so many times and always put on hold, can you imagine pay almost $ 9.000,00 to have an incomplete job, no mention the disrespect as customer. about 6 months ago I wrote my first review, so some one called me apologizing saying that he took over as manager and ask if I go back and rewrite my review I say n... read more

This business has proven a major disappointment. We contracted with them to install ductless mini-splits in out home. They gave us a good deal, but that's where the positive experience ended. Our appointment was rescheduled twice but we weren't informed of this until the crew didn't show and we called the company to find out what was going on. I hired this company on November 9 to replace an oil boiler with a propane system. It is now the middle of January and the job is still not done. For the most part weeks would go by with nothing being done. The project manager Josh and the project itself was completely disorganized with no communication between management, workers and myself. I requested a quote to install a central air system. The company sent someone out, who criticized my current duct-work and never performed any calculations. He told me he'd have a quote for me in a week or so. After contacting the company several times, I've yet to hear back from them. Do not waste your time with this company and definitely do not waste your money on them.

The installers were a pleasure to work with. Chris was great, he answered all my questions, made sure everything was cleaned before leaving for the day and the young guys who worked with him were very polite hard workers. Management was very responsive to our needs. We had an issue with the thermostat and they came back the very next day to install my new one. Thank you all very much.
