I was having a window problem and didn't get it fixed even tho I have a extended warranty. The other morning when it was raining my window finally fell down into the door. I called Gervais and Dean answered and helped me right away. Gervais was a life saver and came to my place of work in Acton and picked up by car and made sure it was fixed that day! Thank you everyone at Gervais! You guys are the BEST!

John Toomey at Gervais Ford is hands down the most professional, easy going and knowledgeable car salesman. Always goes above and beyond his job. The same goes for their service and parts department.
