As always great job. Timely, fair pricing, good quality.
Engine light came on. . . you never know when that happens. Called and went to the Fast Lane with another car in front of me for service. Took only 15 minutes for them to diagnose and fix the problem and I was out the door and on my way again. Simple fix. AND, no charge. Those guys are great. I love their customer service.
I stopped by to get a state inspection done on my 2016 Chevy Traverse. I left work early to get it done. I was told at 3:30 pm it would be a 15 minute wait. The service technicians proceeded to work on another vehicle that came in 20 minutes after mine. Needless to say they didn't get my inspection done until about 5:15 pm. For a 10 minute inspection!!!!!! They didn't charge me for it , but I would have rather paid for it and gotten the 1.5 hour back! Very poor customer service. Was away on business this week. Needed an oil change. They came and picked my truck up at my place of employment did the service and dropped it off. Fantastic service... thank you very much

Amazing!! Hands down! The best Ford dealership around! John Delaney is AWESOME!!!! I won't ever go anywhere else from here on out! They are so willing to work with what ever the situation may be and make you feel welcome and at home!
