I had to have all my tires replaced. Service reps explained each brand and their cost extensively. I chose tires best for my budget. Service was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and very courteous. All my service needs were met. I also have dealt with the salesman in buying a car. They didn't hover. I was able to explore the lot in my own time. The service folks here know their stuff. I came in concerned about an issue and was expecting an expensive repair. I brought it in without an appointment, tried to describe the issue and why I was alarmed, and they had someone check the car out they found what was concerning me , explained it was a simple fix and they took care if it and noted it should it re occur, but didn’t expect it to. God awful customer service. My car had 2 open recalls, neither were looked at or addressed the 3 times my car was in for service. They took advantage of me being a young female and charged me for things that should have been fixed under the recalls. I had to go back twice for the same issue and the second time I brought a male companion and they treated me with much more respect when he was with me. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Had our car for 5 days couldn’t find the issue then when we got it back they didn’t reassemble an interior component properly said to bring it back in and they will fix it. Great, hopefully for another 5 days. Plus we’re extremely rude throughout the process. Not pleased
