I've been a patient of Aria Dental for nearly two years. I always have a great experience there, just with normal exams and cleaning. Today I had my first restoration there - an old filling from years ago that needed to be replaced. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and they took me right to the dental room. I was a transfer patient from Morganelli Dental. Coming to Aria was not a pleasant experience. My first impression was that the front desk staff seemed somewhat frazzled, not competent as far booking correct appointments, billing insurance protocols, and follow ups. The office manager was even worse. She had a bad attitude and was not professional to me or other patients. A mistake was made on my bill and she refused to address the error or correct it. Very quick and friendly service. Amber is fantastic!
I had such a wonderful experience at my most recent visit. The hygienist was so helpful. She recommended that I get a waterpik flosser and since using it I haven't had any bleeding in my gums. She also encouraged me to get a fluoride treatment, which I did. Overall she was very personable, knowledgeable and gentle. It was a perfect experience!
My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, and she loves what she does. she gave me good suggestions to improve my oral health.
