Unprofessional...I needed to cancel a standing appointment after returning from vacation sick. When I went to show up to the next appointment, she did not buzz me into the building. I called, I left voicemails. No response...to this day I don't know what happened. I even looked up to see if she passed away unexpectedly. Very strange...I would not recommend this business if you are seeking professionalism and proper communication.
Experienced and thorough, Ms Pascal shares her knowledge so that you know exactly what's happening, what to expect and leave armed with follow-up instructions.* With an education in an interesting array of fields (i reckon the result of her lively curiosity) she's fun to be around (add: sense of humor - useful in this line of work).
