Always a fantastic service.
Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The attitude from the person in charge, Mark, was outright rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, it felt like dealing with someone who had no interest in listening or providing any real service.
