We’ve been coming here for our eye exams for over four years, and the service has always been amazing! The wait times are minimal, and we’ve never had any issues.
Me and my kids have been coming to Dr.Martin-Ellis for our yearly eye exams for more than 4 years. We absolutely love our visits each time. We love his humor and makes our visit enjoyable. The customer service is great too!
The worst experience of my life! The doctor told me to “Marine up” when I indicated that I could not see the eye chart. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, my prescription was completely wrong! He did not include my astigmatism in the prescription so I was unable to see with my new glasses. been seeing Dr. Geronimo for years and have never had an issue with the doctor or the care I’ve received. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the front desk have been extremely disappointing. I’ve called several times trying to schedule an appointment, and on multiple occasions, someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang up.
