Since then, they have been a popular joint offering slow-cooked, hickory-smoked ribs and barbecue, prepared like the old-times in Memphis-style. Awesome bbq and the Caramel cake was incredible! Goooood fooood!
Order a half rack of ribs and dip it in spicy sauce. Eat none of the sides to save room for desert. Order a slice of chocolate pie. These two items will transport you to a magical place. I do this EVERY time I go through Memphis.
