I like to think I know a few things about great BBQ. The ribs I had at The Commissary were truly exceptional!!! I can't wait to go back to try other items!

Love the commissary! We always stop and eat the boss hog plate when we are in Memphis! Pull pork and sausage are my favorite!
Sweet potato fries, delicious. Ribs fell off the bone. Service was quick and friendly.
Without a doubt the best barbecue I have had... maxi-tender, sauce just right... served with cole slaw, baked beans, deviled egg, roll and beer!
