The best ribs EVER!! Everything is delicious! But the ribs are the best! Worth the 5 hour drive!!

Commissary BBQ nachos are a Memphis classic, and their ribs are perfect. The cheery greeting and extra polite service make you feel at home even if you live 900 miles away.
We regularly bring out of town guests here to show off a gem. Yesterday seemed especially ...special. while we always have great service and delicious food, I couldn't help but note how effeciently, professionally and still most friendly the "team" of employees went about their jobs - in spite of being quite busy - there was a quiet calm and all went great. We were not rushed - in spite of the 30 or so folks waiting outside that I had not seen until we walked out. Way to go "Commissary Team"!
