The Commissary is where I normally eat when I'm in Germantown. Best pulled and chopped pork, hands down. Sausage is good also. Haven't had ribs yet but if they're as good as everything else, they'll be great. Love this place. Had lunch yesterday as a matter of fact.

Best BBQ ribs in Memphis. You will wait, but its worth it. Also, try the smoked chicken and the burger. The burger is excellent.
Pulled Pork is a 5. Ribs are a 4. Sweet tea (which is essential for my BBQ meal) was a 2. I’m from Texas and it just ain’t Texas BBQ.
Traveling from Texas to Alabama. We stopped here to eat and the ribs were so good and so tender. Definitely our new stopping point when traveling.
Really good stuff, well worth the visit. Love the baked beans.
