RecommendedBBQ Smoked Brisket was super tender great flavor before their amazing BBQ sauce was added! Their hot BBQ sauce was wonderful with plenty of flavor. The heat didn’t over take the taste!
Love your food. Great service. I live in Kansas City and I know great BBQ. Yours is outstanding. My favorite place for Q in Memphis.
Best BBQ Nachos ever!
Not only does The Commissary have the best BBQ but they are true Memphis experience and inspiration.
I’ve been to this place several times and loved it every time. This last time though I got food poisoning and spent all night in the bathroom.

There is a stomach bug going around per an internal med Dr. customer! If it were food poisoning we would not have one solitary incident, we serve over 300 customers a day. Hope you are feeling better.
Horrible service!!! The waitress decided she wanted to give herself a nice tip after I didn’t tip her for the bad service received. Contacted management and was told they don’t care how bad their waitress service was, they aren’t going to redirect their staff. Food was great but customer service goes a long way. I’ve told all my coworkers not to visit this establishment and if they do, use cash!!

We are very sorry this occurred, but it was an accident when the server was closing out her credit cards pure and simple. She hit the wrong button by mistake. When notified of this our manager on duty who was not working at the time of this occurrence had to verify what had happened, upon verification we offered to immediately credit your card but were unable to as the card had been canceled. The staff failed to acknowledge over 3 different people that walked in the door on my last visit. Then the waitress was rude and took the wrong order. Food was extra greasy. I would say that out of the 5 times i was there 2 visits were good! The other 3 were horrible!
