I called at 4:35 today for a ride from Cedarbrook Plaza to Mount Airy and was told 30 minutes or less. So a whole hour goes by and no cab. So I called again at 5:35 and was told when I called the first time they got busy. So said to me should be there soon I said ok. So another hour goes by and it's 6:35 and was told it should be there in a few and if not call back. What is Germantown Cab's problem why do you have to wait so long for a ride?? Germantown cab is the worst cab company in Philadelphia, the office staff is rude and disrespectful, I believe they enjoy unjust enrichment because they are the only service in this area. It is a shame they way they treat the community at alarge will be riding Uber hence forth

One of their cabs double parked illegally in the middle of the street in my quiet, residential neighborhood, while the driver honked his horn repeatedly for over 10 minutes. When I called the company to say that if he didn't stop I was going to call the police, the dispatcher's only answer was to say, "you're free to do that ma'am" and to ask for the car #, which I gave her. No apology, no indication that the driver was out of line...great customer service Germantown Cab! Next time I won't wait--I'll just call the police.

THIS IS THE WORST CAB COMPANY EVER!!!!! GHETTO, RATCHET, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT AND ALL OF THE ABOVE. THE DISPATCHERS HAVE NO CLUE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. I USED MY JOB PHONE TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR A CAB, THE NUMBER DIDN'T COME UP SO THE DISPATCHER SAYS UNBLOCK YOUR NUMBER AND HUNG UP ON ME, I KNOW MY JOB'S PHONE NUMBER, SO BECAUSE THE NUMBER DIDN'T APPEAR THEY COULDN'T SEND THE REQUEST OUT, AGAIN I KNOW MY JOB'S PHONE NUMBER. THE WORST CAB COMPANY EVER!!!!!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CAB COMPANY IN PHILA. THE MANAGEMENT AS WELL AS THE DISPATCHERS AND THE DRIVERS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE EVER--I'VE EVEN HEARD THE DISPATCHERS CUSSING OUT THE DRIVERS. Just got off the phone with the dispatcher. I have NEVER encountered such a rude receptionist in my life. All I can say is NEVER use this company. Since they serve the Germantown area of Philadelphia, I feel stuck. I saw the other poor reviews and didn't believe them. WELL BELIEVE THEM. They're chasing away money. She didn't know enough about me to get the ongoing cab job I needed.

I had an entirely satisfactory experience with Germantown Cab Co. - they took my reservation for a 4 a.m. pickup very professionally, called to let me know when the cab was nearly there (in plenty of time), and the driver was very good, personable and pleasant.

Took a germantown cab from Manayunk area to Soundgarden Hall and phone was left in cab. I used the locator and that's how i realized it was in the cab. The driver gave us his personal number when we got out so that we could call him back for a ride, which we never did. I called his cell phone the next day and he said he did not have the phone and so we called Germantown to report it and check the car. Do not use this company!!!!! They don't even have a website. This should say something about their professionalism. Fly by night bogus cab company. Greedy owners, unprofessional staff. Great mechanics. Shoddy work ethic. Lacks customer service skills.
