Ali is the greatest! I have a 2016 VW Passat. She was not doing well. I was really frightened. Ali immediately was able to find the problem and correct it in a short period of time. My friend was broke down on the side of the road in his '91 Corvette, and the owner stopped and offered to help on a Saturday evening. He even offered to drive back to his shop and grab a tow chain for us and was going to tow us back to our house. We got it figured out, but that was very cool of him. That just shows his character for anyone reading reviews.
Ali is a one man show, but he does excellent work, is a certified Volkswagen and Audi mechanic, and offers his services at a fraction of what you pay at a dealership.
I have not taken my Audi anywhere else for assistance. Ali has a certain touch that would make Midus jealous. Thank you for your patience and professionalism Ali!
