Not punctual, unprofessional, unorganized and sadly dishonest. Just be cautious to understand what you're looking at before you buy it. I looked at a car that had several problems and the guys acted like it was no big deal.
Complete waste of time. Drove from Salem on an appointment to view one of their cars and ended up waiting an hour and a half before anyone showed up. When someone showed up the car was not nearly as nice as they made it seem. Some things I can live with I can't however live with no oil in engine and rusted parts underneath. Hopefully this helps someone that is thinking about making a drive to see any of their cars. Their level of professionalism gives the car industry a bad name.
Looked at a car from Marcus and it was beautiful everywhere you could see. Unfortunately when inspected by my mechanic it revealed a suspicious amount of mud and filth; the discrepancy was unsettling. When I told him I was going a different direction he took to doing reviews slamming my mechanic. Something isn't right here, I'd stay away.

Business response:
Your mechanic literally took 2 min to look underneath the car and determine it was a bad car because of dirt underneath a Subaru. Subarus are camping vehicles and meant for the offroad. He didnt take his time to even look at the mechanical aspects of the vehicle to give an honest inspection report.. all he said was "it was dirty underneath" he didnt check the brakes, didnt check the transmission, didnt even drive it other than to pull it onto the rack. I have bought several cars in my day and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
