I purchased a vehicle from here over a year ago. To this day I have yet to receive the title to the car. No plates. Nothing. I asked to return the vehicle multiple times. No one follows through. I shouldn’t have to give the vin number dozens of times. When the owner does the right thing, I’ll consider taking my review down. I feel taken advantage of and robbed. No offer to refund my money for plates, registration. Criminal. Will be bringing this to the police and dmv.

These guys are amazing! Marcus the owner is a very honest guy. Out of all the car lots i have been to this is the best by far! Brother in law bought a car and he walk him through every step of the way and gave him a good deal on a car that worked best for him! Three month warranty on almost every vehicle they have!?! That’s unheard of for a used car lot. Definitely check them out you won’t be disappointed!
We just bought our 16 year old son his first car! It's a really nice 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. Darren took us on the initial test drive, then we met with Marcus (owner) the next day for another test drive. Super friendly and knowledgeable people. No haggling. We quickly agreed on a fair price. What a great experience! I definitely reccomend this dealer if you are looking for a nice used car.
Marcus and Victor at Custom Luxury Motors are amazing! My boyfriend and I bought a 2011 Outback last month that had an issue while stopping (it would die if breaking hard) that we didn't experience on our test drive. I was upset and took the car back the next day in an effort to return it. But they took it into their shop and replaced a few things. I would highly NOT recommend buying a car from here.. I've had a lot of bad experiences with car lots, but this was the worst. Seriously disappointed with them..
On two different occasions we have bought cars from Brandon and have been very happy with each purchase. He is upfront and honest about the cars he is selling. He sells cars he is familiar with and knows they will be reliable and safe vehicles for his customers. He stands behind his products. Such a refreshing change in buying a used car.
