RecommendedI took my 2013 Volkswagen Touareg VR6 Lux (54,000 miles) in for an oil change and inspection. In an hour the oil change was done, and they washed my car. The cost was $ 106.00. Unlike dealers they did not try to sell me services and parts I did not need. They recommended a rear differential service ($ 170.00) at my next oil change and recommended my next oil change at 5,000 miles. They put a reminder sticker on my windshield. Professional. The absolute best customer service I have experienced. My 7 series went in for a no crank, no start issue and shawn diagnosed the battery was bad, along with other issues the dealership didnt even mention. German Motors now has a life customer!! Thank you so much!! Almost forgot to mention ALL thier prices are half of what BMW dealer wanted.
This is the only place I take my car. Daniel the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Sean is straight forward and honest about what it’s going to take to fix your car. I always get the best results. Highly recommended!!!
