Car guy finds body shop worthy of long term relationship – The bad news? 2 trips to the body shop in a year. The good news? Car looks great, better than pre-accident(s) even. Straight, even seams, great paint, easy to work with, clean. No question where I'm going should the 5 series get bent again. Thanks to Ralf, Luke and Brooke!
Great auto body shop! – Great service and attention to customer satisfaction! Actual work done on my Toyota (they can handle any car) and did some touch up work at no cost to me. Very satisfactory experience. Cost was in line, and lower than some estimates.
NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK I HAD DONE AT THIS PLACE – I had my bmw worked on at this shop few months ago and not till know I didnt see that they did such a crapy job. After my last check up at the bmw they found out bunch of washers stuck under my hood hinges which were not even painted, just so they could adjust it right so it looks good from the outside. I am not sure if they didn't want spend more time doing quality work or this is just the way they do things there. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN.

great mercedes service – Great service from Bryan of German Formula! Took my C-280 in to check a sensor light. I was treated with respect. As a female going into auto repair shops I have come to expect that the guys will talk over me and not listen, however not in this case! Bryan took the time to speak to me about what was going on, tell me what he was going to do, then actually fixed the problem. In the end it was just a small fix. He was honest and fair. 25 years of great service – I have been a customer of German Formula for more than 25 years. I have never written a review for them, but after reading a recent review, I feel I need to respond to this. I own a Mercedes 300D and I depend on German Formula to take care of me and my car. Awful workmanship! – In follow-up to your response, I certainly DID pay for the rock chip repairs. And the dent on the hood--well there was no dent. I was also very understanding that I needed to bring my car back after the paint had cured. That wasn't the issue. My dissatisfaction came with having to return several times for various issues such as paint overspray, rebuffing, blending lines, just general sloppiness. Uber Werk – German Formula was recommended to me by a German friend who is also a mechanic (although he works on motorcycles). I have visited German Formula three times and each time they are very friendly to me and explain all the charges throughly BEFORE they perform the maintenance. I especially appreciate this because I am a woman and many garages in the past have tried to talk down to me or, worse, don't even bother to explain processes. avoid unless otherwise – i have my bmw in last week for a checkup and get it past the deq.. needless to say they overcharge on a simple diagnostic.. watch out...
