Very satisfied in the work performed there...honest and skilled mechanics and the entire staff is personable and willing to listen and then to make sure you are a happy customer when you leave the door. They make it a point to make sure your car is well taken care. I have always had very good service there and will continue to use them for both our cars.

I'll preface this by saying they had done good work for me once before. That said, I will never take my car there again. They did some electrical work on my 240D and were very prompt about calling as other problems were discovered. When I got the car back, the stereo didn't work (it worked when I gave them the car). When I called to ask them to fix the stereo they had broken, they were less prompt about returning my call. PEOPLE TO WORK WITH – I HAVE A VERY GOOD EXPERIANCE BY DEALING WITH THIS SHOP. I CAME DIRECTELY FROM MBI MOTORS INC, TO ASK IF THEY CAN COMPLETE A JOB. THEY GLADLY LISTENED TO MY STORY WHAT HAPPENED AT THE MBI SHOP AND HIS OWNER , CORBIN, WHO TRIED TO CHANGE THE ALREADY QUOTED PRICE. No Fear – Had an issue with my beloved VW Golf. Hated the dealership, they were dishonest and uber expensive. When we had an issue with an odd electrical smell in the car, I looked for options. German Formula has excellent reviews for a reason. They are friendly, super quick, well priced and they take that extra step to make you happy. Exactly What You Hope a Mechanic Shop Will Be – We have been taking our older BMW 740 to German Formula for more than two years. This shop does great work! – Robert has fixed my car numerous times, and has always done a great job. He is thorough and knowledgeable, and is happy to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. The other employees are always friendly and helpful, as well, and make it a pleasure to go there. They have recently remodeled the office, and it looks great. A big improvement!
