Wanted to thank you again for helping with my Jeep Liberty. I am so thankful for you and your mechanics for working on it and I realize how fortunate to find someone close by to take care of me who is honest. The Jeep is running perfect now, better than it has in a really long time. Mercedes diesels need special mechanics and German Drive, and those who work there, are truly special.
German Drive provides outstanding service, with some of the most detailed service records I've ever seen, including images of the entire process. The facility is clean and even provide a work space if available. Would 100% recommend.
We have been here several times and have had nothing but excellent experiences! We have always been able to be seen within a reasonable amount of time; services are performed quickly; they have excellent communication; and the entire staff is friendly and easy to work with!
From the start, the team was honest, professional, and took the time to explain what was wrong and what actually needed to be fixed (no upselling or pressure). The turnaround time was reasonable, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work really shows. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop you can genuinely trust, but this place earned it. I feel confident driving my car again and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto repair.
Normally I go to another garage where I've been going for years, and they are very honest and professional, but since I have a German car, they recommended German Drive. The staff were kind and polite, but the waiting time was a bit too long, 3 hours, and what I didn't like was the price, which was too expensive in my opinion. I went to German Drive because dealership prices are usually ALWAYS too expensive, but German Drive's prices weren't much different. In conclusion, next time I'll go to the dealership.
