So glad I found German Drive. Marty is very upfront about the service before the work is started, explaining your options before you hand over any money. Prices are better than at the dealer, and their repairs are top rate. It's hard to find someone you can trust, but they put my mind to ease doing exactly what you need with no hidden charges or fees. Highly recommended.

Only had a diagnostic for $100 no repair. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. Update, returned for water pump replacement, was promised a warranty replacement. Update 2, it leaked again 1 year later but the shop fixed it with no charge. I got some other repairs fixed at the same time and the staff was friendly as normal!

Hard to find shops of this caliber nowadays. The kind of place that actually takes pride in their customers and their work instead of just rushing cars through like an assembly line. German cars can feel intimidating, especially when you move away from dealer service, but these folks will absolutely take care of you. Knowledgeable, honest, professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right instead of just getting you in and out the door. Highly recommended.
