Take responsibility for his work and honors the warranty. You do have to be patient because he has other customers which I do understand. I am a business owner of myself. I will be doing business with him in the future. I had to bring my car a couple times because we have discovered a new issue with it, and he still honored the warranty and fixed my initial problem that had came in with which is the oil leak. Daniel Castillo and his team are true professionals! The shop is bright, clean, and they have 5 car lifts...it looked great and resembled the dealership environment. I have a 2014 BMW 535d that needed a few things fixed (intake plenum replaced, intake ports & EGR cleaned...tank mounted fuel pump and pressure sensor replaced) and they took care of me in a timely manner. German Car Service auto repair answered the phone (not voice prompts), scheduled an appointment for the next day, and had the car fixed the day after that, returning it fixed and washed at a fair price. The location is very convenient near A and Mission in downtown Hayward, about 4 blocks from Hayward BART. The shop is bright and clean. They accept payment by Zelle with the same terms as cash. Daniel is a gentleman. Same great dealer-quality service at a better price. I highly recommend!

Daniel is the best!! Bought an Audi Q5 and it had some major issues after purchase. Daniel worked with us and kept the repair cost fair and reasonable. The car runs great. Highly recommended! Really great to find a local mechanic that is honest, fair and a good communicator too. Breath of fresh air and we'll be taking our other cars there for service too.
