I found this place by chance but have become a regular customer with both my VW and my BMW. Very satisfied with the service: they have often been able to take my car without an appointment; they provide a rental if necessary; writers are knowledgeable; always keep me informed of progress, diagnoses, arrival of ordered parts, and any new problems that appear; explain the work clearly and concisely; tell me if I don't need something that I thought I needed; finish fast; charge reasonably; wash the car at the end. What more cou... read more

I sent my car to German Automotive Group to have my radiator changed in my saab 95. After a month of getting it back I found another problem in my car and decided to take it to another shop Autoskandia. Although their pricing is high they do excellent work. When I got the report back they informed me that the bracket for the radiator was installed incorrectly and that they used the wrong coolant. Upset about this I took the car back to German Automotive Group, they told me their coolant is the correct one and wiggled a few c... read more

I've brought my 2002 Porsche Boxster to German Auto Group several times and have always been extremely satisfied with their exceptional customer care, meticulous service, and low prices. Taylor Chapman is a Porsche specialist and is an excellent mechanic that shares his knowledge and helps you do only the required service at the lowest costs. He installed a clutch I bought online and saved me almost $1000 versus buying it and getting it installed at the dealer. Likewise, he did my 60K service and saved me another $500 versus... read more

I love this place. I googled them and had seen the negative reviews. I almost didn't go there, but I my car couldn't make the drive to the other place. So I gave German Auto Group a chance. Boy, I am glad I did, Tim is great! The car, aka the Silver Bullet, runs like new! My Merc SL500, Silver Bullet, is very happy and so am I. Good service and great prices will keep me coming back! Next month I am bringing the Merc ML350 in for some A/C work. --------------------------------------- Updated 12/8 As promised in my last post, ... read more

9/16/2010 Hello all, I just used this shop for the first time this week. I am what you would call a gear head, I do most of the work to my car myself, unless it is above my skill level (engine and fluids) I do not have a shop and I do not have the ability to dispose of certain fluids. I decided to take it to them because they work on Volkswagen’s. I have a 2003 golf TDI (Diesel) I stopped in and they were very friendly and it looked as though the whole shop was busy with something. It feels like everything stopped when I can... read more

I have my Mercedes G500 and Poesche 911 serviced at German Auto Group for past 3 years. I decided to leave a review after seeing other negative reviews. My first visit convinced me to bring all my cars here. Sami (manager) spent more than 3 hours arguing with my warranty company---saved me a whole bunch of money. In addition, mechanics spent extra hours help fixing the notorious G500 front end shimmy. They didn't charge me extra. Sami is an honest businessman and negative reviews here do not reflect the business practice of ... read more

Don't Hate. Articulate. If you had a bad experience, suggest how the business could have made your experience better. Wild ranting never helped anyone. If you had such a negative experience, why would you write an anonymous review rather than take the issue up with the business owner? Something smells fishy.

I took my Benz to this establishment for general repairs and am very unhappy with the outcome. First of all, it took forever for them to do the job and when they finally did call me to let me know my car was ready, I couldn't believe the bill! This is outrageous! I should be charging them for keeping my car so long! It was a great inconvenience and far too expensive to be worth it. My advice: SHOP AROUND! or take it to the dealer! You might as well at these prices...and you'd get it done much faster!

You do better fixing it yourself. Its a sad day when an establishment makes you happy to see the dealership.
