I recommend this shop to all I know with European vehicles. They are very knowledgeable, professional and focus on customer satisfaction. On several occasions I thought I had mechanical problems snd they fixed the issues with a re-flash of firmware.

I highly recommend the crew at German Auto Repair. I was referred by a friend when I moved and needed some service. I recently brought in my '99 Mercedes CLK in for an oil change which was done quickly and much cheaper than my old service place, will be back.
It is so hard to find an honest and reliable used auto repair facility these days. This place is one of the few remaining honest service centers!

I took my care to another BMW repair shop and had to go back several times just to get a tail light properly fixed. My experience with German Auto has been that they fix the repairs right the first time, every time. I will never go anywhere else again.
