Excellent service.
I brought my Porsche in about a month ago for a electronic chip installation. For what I needed, the work was extremely affordable. However, what I really loved was the customer service and the effort that was put into doing the install the right way. I really enjoyed hanging out at the shop and getting to know everyone. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

I have always been pleased with EGA from the Office to the Mechanics. Yesterday they performed a normal service on my 2014 Tiguan TSI, the status updates and recommendations which they email are very professional. Thank You Ed
This facility is unbelievably exceptional. I highly I highly recommend it. The people are very sharp professional and very good at what they do. They keep you posted with email updates. No other place does that. There is a mental sharpness that I have not found at other VW repair shops. They are wonderful to work with.
I took my Audi A4 into Escondido German Auto to have the air conditioning fixed. My local mechanic and several European auto mechanics were unable to fix the problem, but EGA was able to. I really appreciate how they give you updates via text and email about the status of the work, as well as leave a detailed summary of all work done on the receipt. I am an owner of a Audi R8 so not everyone knows how to work on these types of cars. I was lucky enough to find Derek and his specialized crew. Fortunately, for me Derek also has a Audi R8 tech who was able to find my coolant leak and replace my leaking struts. My car stayed on their shop for almost 10 days but I had no issues as Alex was able to update me on the details almost every day.
