New to the area, so looking for a trusted / "Best in Breed" Porsche mechanic. I found them with Escondido German Auto. Brought my 2018 Porsche Macan S for it's annual maintenance. Not only were they 60% ($900 vs $400) lower than the Porsche dealership, but they provided Dealership quality level service. Came in to the shop today for an alignment on my BmW M4 and the team got the car dialed. I track this car and they gave me the best recommendation. The fact that they also did a full assessment of car from bumper to bumper and washed it! I’m excited to find a new service provider. Dereck the owner is knowledgeable and knows his stuff. So grateful to the Team @escondidogermanauto ! Derek, Alex, Ryan and don’t know the rest of staff but it is clearly a well run operation and they work as a team you can trust! They got my ‘04 A4 wagon working again! Took it on its first long distance road trip since their solving what others couldnt. I drove to be with family for Christmas, north of Los Angeles forest. Great service people. AC was acting up, made appointment, tech found Freon was low, checked the system and added Freon, picked up the Sprinter and all is COOL now. Thanks
I took my Sprinter in for an oil change. I didn't expect to have a full safety inspection and road test done. What a great job these guys do. Next year we are taking the Sprinter to Chicago and back. As soon as I get back, I'll be taking it to Escondido German Auto for a service. Thank you to Derek and everyone else for a job well done.
